Cutting out sugar and white flour 5 days a week, is really good. I don’t eat anything with white flour, except for pasta in restaurants. I seldom choose the pasta since it’s white, but that’s my only exception and it has been that way for several years. Sugar is a different story, though it’s only in my yogurt and my dark chocolate both of which are consumed daily.You go, Diana!
